What Part of the Human Body Is the Warmest?

According to the Journal Gazette of Fort Wayne, Indiana, the head, chest, and armpits are the warmest areas of the human body. The feet and toes, on the other hand, are the coldest regions because they are farthest from the warm-blood-pumping heart.

While the human body maintains a constant internal temperature, the skin can increase in temperature as a result of intensive exercise or heated weather, according to Health Guidance. In each scenario, moving to a cool location and resting causes the blood vessels to constrict, pulling blood inside and lowering the skin temperature. Another condition that raises skin temperature is fever.
