The Total Return employee programme is Caesars Entertainment Corporation’s employee recognition programme. Caesar’s employees who provide exceptional customer service are rewarded through this programme with credits redeemable for a variety of things on the Total Rewards shopping site. Employees can earn Total Return credits in numerous ways, including through customer service surveys, customer praises, safety records, and community service.
In 2010, Caesar’s implemented the Total Return employee programme, and within a few months, the company’s customer service rankings increased by 4.7%. The Total Return programme is utilised by more than 60,000 employees throughout Caesar’s forty venues. Employees can also receive individual awards based on their performance. In the first year of the programme, all Caesar’s locations in the United States were eligible for at least one quarterly incentive.
Caesar Entertainment Corporation and Maritz Motivation Solutions operate the Total Return programme. The initiative replaced Caesar’s prior internal staff appreciation programme, which had been in operation for nearly a decade and was based on financial rewards.
