Starbucks doesn’t have a catchphrase. They do, however, have a formal mission statement. “To inspire and nurture the human spirit–one person, one cup, and one neighbourhood at a time,” their mission statement reads.
The principles that follow their mission statement are focused on the quality of their product, the service they provide to their customers, how they treat their suppliers, how their stores are a haven for comfort, how they participate in the community, and how much value they deliver to their shareholders.
Starbucks originally opened its doors in 1971. The company now has more than 21,000 locations. They have a strong presence in 65 countries and are still expanding.
