A call tag is a type of pre-paid return label that can be put on an item that needs to be sent back. It is usually given by a company so that a customer can mail back an item without having to buy another label. UPS doesn’t have call tags. Instead, they have UPS Return labels.
Return labels are a value-added service that cost extra and are usually paid for by the company that sent the item. UPS currently has three types of return labels: the Print Return Label, which is usually printed by the company, the Electronic Return Label, which is emailed to the customer, and the Print and Mail Return Label.
