What Does the Cellphone Code PPS 6180 Mean?

When a customer’s balance has reached $0, the code PPS 6180 shows up on their phone. This code is shown with accounts that have already been paid for.

A prepaid phone, also called a pay-as-you-go, pay-as-you-talk, or pay and go phone, is a cellphone that can be used after a credit for a certain amount of time is bought from a mobile phone service provider. The amount of cellphone access you get depends on how much credit you buy. Once the limit is reached, the user won’t be able to use the mobile phone service until more credit is bought. When a user’s account has run out of credit, the mobile phone service provider will play a recording that has the PPS 6180 code in it.
