What Does It Mean to Have Physical Needs?

Physical requirements are the absolute minimum requirements for survival. Water, food, air, shelter, and clothing are among these requirements.

Humans and animals cannot exist without physical needs, often known as physiological needs. Humans, according to psychologist Abraham Maslow, have a hierarchy of needs that they pass through as they grow older. People have safety needs, a desire to belong or fit in, a need for self-esteem or self-worth, and a perceived need for self-actualization in addition to the physical requirements at the base of the pyramid.
