The circle frequently encircles a pentagram, sometimes known as a five-pointed star. The five-pointed star within the pentacle represents the significance of the number five. There are five common senses, five fingers and toes, and so forth. Thus, the number five is perceived to be both magical and deeply tied to humanity. When a circle is drawn around the five-star, it signifies that all of humanity’s unique concerns are enclosed and safeguarded.
