Combining yellow and pink creates the colour peach. To create a real peach colour, equal proportions of each colour must be utilised when combining them.
Equal proportions of pink and lemon yellow form a peach colour, whether the mixture is for paint or food colouring. Adding more pink results in a peach hue with deeper red tones, whilst adding more yellow results in a peach hue with more orange tones.
When using food colouring to create a peach-colored icing, gradually adding more white icing lightens the colour. To make flesh-tone, peach-colored icing is mixed with white icing until the required shade is achieved.
