How Much Does Is Cost to Renew a TWIC Card?

According to the Transportation Security Administration’s website, TSA.gov, it costs $128 to renew a Transportation Worker Identification Credential card. As of 2015, cardholders having a hazardous materials endorsement or a Free and Secure Trade card pay a discounted charge of $105.25.

To renew their TWIC cards, cardholders must adhere to the same procedure as first-time applicants. The application form can be completed online or at a TWIC application facility. TWIC application centres accept the required paperwork and fees, take fingerprints and pictures of the applicant’s face, and issue the TWIC card.

A TWIC card grants access to U.S. marine vessels and facilities to workers who qualify.
