A MoneyPak prepaid card’s balance can be checked through SMS text message or by phone. Green Dot issued MoneyPak cards, which are used to check the balance.
MoneyPak balances can be checked at any time, even after they’ve been reloaded with cash. Typically, the sum shown on the phone message or text message will reflect the entire balance, including any money that has recently been added. In most cases, checking a balance is a simple operation that takes only a few minutes. The following are the most common ways to check an account’s balance:
Call to double-check.
Calling the customer support phone number on the back of the card to check the balance is the only way to do so.
You can also use the SMS text service. Because it is an automated service, you can utilise it whenever you want. The procedure is carried out using a normal cell phone. A text message must be sent to the number 43411 by the cardholder. The message should start with “BAL,” then a space, and the cardholder’s MoneyPak prepaid card’s last four digits. “BAL 1234,” for example. Green Dot, the card’s service provider, will then respond with the current balance by text message.
