Click Order Status in the upper right corner of Haband.blair.com to find out how your order is going. If you have an account with Haband, you can sign in and click the link for “Order History” to see your most recent order and all orders you have placed with the company in the past.
Once the company gets the order, it usually takes two days to process it. The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping method you choose. On the online Order Status page, you can see where your order is in terms of being processed and shipped.
On the Order Status page, you have to put in both the order number and the ZIP code for the billing address. Click the button at the bottom of the page that says “View Order” to see the details of that order.
To get to the Order History page, if you have an online Haband account, enter the email address and password that go with it.
If you’d rather talk to a real person, call 800-213-1220 to reach the service line. This is not the same as the number of the order line. You can’t use the order line number to check on the status of your order because it’s only used to take orders and not for customer service. Sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org is another option.
