Beginning in July 2015, a consumer can monitor the status of his QVC.com order by logging into his account and selecting Order Status. Current orders, previous orders, and returns are displayed on this page.
Depending on the condition of the order, the customer may have the option to amend or cancel it. Options for order change include modifying the recipient’s address, the payment method, and the shipping method. If QVC has dispatched the product, the tracking information will be displayed on the order status page. To view order status information online, the customer must own a QVC.com account with a password.
Alternatively, you can phone QVC at 888-345-5788 or use the QVC Everywhere mobile application to check the progress of a purchase.
