Prepaid Visa debit cards are Verizon rebate cards. Card delivery could take three to six weeks after submitting the rebate receipt, not including processing time of two weeks. Contact Citibank, the card issuer, to replace any lost or stolen rebate cards. Although replacement cards are free, they must have an unused balance and be requested before the card’s expiration date. Rebates might be sent in the form of a paper check.
