Check the balance of your card online at the Verizon Wireless Rebate Center or by calling the number located on the back of your card. Checking the balance is only possible for current cards.
Verizon rebate cards are prepaid Visa debit cards. After mailing the rebate receipt, delivery of the card may take between three and six weeks, excluding processing, which may add two weeks. Replace misplaced or stolen rebate cards by contacting Citibank, the card issuer. Replacement cards are complimentary, but the card must have a remaining balance and the replacement request must be made prior to the card’s expiration date. Refunds may be issued as paper checks. Request this form of payment via the Verizon Wireless Rebate Center.
