Orange seeds are edible. Oranges, lemons, and tangerines are examples of citrus fruits with seeds that do contain minor levels of cyanide compounds, but not enough of the poison to be hazardous.
Orange seeds can be used to smoothies, but it is recommended to avoid consuming a lot of them at once. Because they contain a higher concentration of the cyanide toxin, tangerine seeds are extremely bitter.
Despite some rumoured medicinal benefits, there is no proof to back up the assertion that fruit seeds help treat cancer. Clementines, navel oranges, and satsumas are just a few of the many orange kinds that are seedless.
